New exhibit at JAG opens Sept. 6

The Jefferson Arts Gallery (JAG) is opening the exhibit “A Retrospective of Rural Life” on Saturday, Sept. 6, to feature the paintings of regional artist Kay Cromartie. The reception begins at noon and lasts until 4 p.m. at 575 W. Washington St. in Monticello. Cromartie's interest in art began at an early age. Jefferson Arts Gallery is located at 575 W.
