New oil painting exhibit to open at JAG

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc.  Oil paintings by Steven Andrews that depict North Florida coastal and rural scenes are going on display Saturday, May 3, at Jefferson Arts Gallery (JAG). The community is invited to the opening reception that day from 12 noon until 4 p.m. The exhibit, entitled “Tranquility for an Uncertain Time,” will continue through Saturday, May 31. Andrews came to Florida State University in 1977 and never left the area after graduation.
