Odom Lawn & Tree Service awarded small business grant

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. The Monticello-Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce has launched a grant program as another way to support local entrepreneurs. Each quarter, two Chamber members with five or fewer employees are awarded a $500 grant. The funds are intended to help the business grow, develop and sustain their economic role in the community; they can be used to invest in advertising, upgrade equipment, enroll in training, purchase business licenses and enhance physical space.
