I could not believe the last article in the newspaper concerning a possible sale of an old school in Monticello. What was unbelievable was the discussion over whether taking a 1.00 or 300,000 for the same building offered any discussion whatsoever. I understand that the school board has spent citizens' money and now to cost those same citizens more money seems to be of no consequence to these unbelievable board members.
