Pamela Joy “Pam” Douglas, of Monticello, Fla., passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025. She was born on Nov. 13, 1949, in Jacksonville, Fla., and raised in Jacksonville, Fla. Pam was a journalist photographer for the Jacksonville Times Union and the Monticello News. In 1982, Pam married William “Bill” Douglas, and they resided in Monticello, Fla. Bill was her love and the source of all her happiness. Pam was a founding member of the Ochlockonee River Kennel Club. In her spare time, Pam loved spending time with her family, especially her daughters and grandchildren. She was known for her unwavering love and dedication to the art of dog showing, particularly within the German she
