Have you noticed the vacuum of leadership in America?
We are looking around for leaders of principle to step up, and too often, no one is there. God is raising up a generation of young leaders with a passion for impacting the world around them. They are crying out for the mentorship and leadership training they need.
Patriot Academy was created to meet that need. Patriot Academy graduates now serve in state capitols around America, in the halls of Congress, in business, in the film industry, in the pulpit and every area of the culture. They are leading effectively and impacting the world around them.
Patriot Academy is now expanding across the nation, and now is your chance to experience this life-changing week that trains champions to change the world. The program is for young leaders, ages 16 to 25, in the Florida Capitol, June 26, 27, 28, 2024. Help us fill the void of leadership in America!
Participants assume the role of a state representative and learn the Founding Fathers’ philosophy of limited government, individual liberty, free enterprise and timeless truths. The program specializes in applied civics with a Biblical, historical and Constitutional foundation. Students develop leadership strategies, life purpose plans, public speaking and advanced communication skills, campaign techniques and a Founding Fathers' philosophy of government.
The 57 participants (representatives) in Patriot Academy's 2023 Southeast Leadership Congress were mostly from Florida, with three from Georgia, two from Alabama, two from Texas and one each from South Carolina, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. Representatives became a member of one of four committees: the Abigail Adams, Ronald Reagan, Nathan Hale or Frederick Douglass Committee. Sixty bills were introduced. Eight bills finally made it to the House floor and became law. The House Speaker and Governor for 2024 were elected after lunch on the final day.
We were honored to have two U.S. military veterans, retired Sergeant First Class Salem and retired Colonel Clark, pass the torch of freedom to the 57 young American patriots at the 2023 graduation ceremony in the Florida House of Representatives.
The vision of Patriot Academy is to offer the tools and techniques necessary to prepare students to accept the torch of freedom and keep it burning brightly until handed to the next generation. No knowledge, talent or earthly wisdom will improve our nation until the new generation of leaders embraces the principles of righteousness, integrity and humility. Patriot Academy helps students answer the question, “What is my purpose in life?”
Personal character development is one of the key aspects of the Patriot Academy program which employs a very creative practical exercise on how vigilant one must be to maintain his or her character and how quickly, in an instant, one’s character can be lost.
God has blessed America with a strong Biblical foundation. The revolutionary strategies of our Founding Fathers have led to the most successful nation in the history of the world. We have survived attacks from without and within, though never before at the same time. Now we are simultaneously defending America from external enemies determined to destroy us, and defending American principles in the culture battle here in our homeland. This is the hour in which our younger generation must answer the call to leadership.
By equipping young people to get involved in citizenship and the political process, Patriot Academy’s Leadership Congress is raising up future leaders who will defend faith, family and freedom for the next generation.
