The avid bicyclist decided to turn his love of cycling into something that would help fund research in order to help find a cure. “I can’t do research,” says Al, a retired Wells Fargo Bank employee and retired school teacher. “But I can ride a bike.” It was then that Al decided to embark on long-distance bicycle treks in order to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research.
