Looking for a new furry friend? The Jefferson County Humane Society's Wolf Creek Pet Adoption Center has plenty of animals who are eagerly awaiting their new home. Among them is Cannoli, a sweet but timid tuxedo kitty with lots of love to give.

Cannoli is one of the many animals at the Wolf Creek Pet Adoption Center in search of a loving home. This shy but sweet kitty would enjoy becoming part of a calm family that will give her time to warm up to her new surroundings.
Seven-year-old Cannoli spent her early life as a stray, so it takes a little time for her to warm up to strangers. However, once she gets to know you, her shyness fades into an affectionate and calm personality. She loves lounging in sunny spots, snuggling and enjoying the quiet. Cannoli would prefer a calm home with no young children or dogs.
For more information on Cannoli and the other loving animals available at the Wolf Creek Pet Adoption Center, call 850-342-0244 or visit the center's location at 2123 E. Washington Hwy. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesdays through Mondays.
