Pet Adoption Spotlight: Windy

Hailey Heseltine ECB Publishing, Inc. At the Jefferson County Humane Society's Wolf Creek Pet Adoption Center (JCHS), many sweet animals are hoping to find their forever home. Windy, a beautiful siamese cat, is among those waiting for her new family. Sweet Windy was originally rescued during Hurricane Michael and naming accordingly. Now, this affectionate kitty is looking for a new home — preferably one where she's the only pet, so that she can soak up all of the attention herself. Windy i
