Week two of 2021 didn’t disappoint me at all,
I was amazed to see what all could be done with a football.
Oregon took down Ohio State, I didn’t think it could be done,
This week the Ducks plaster Stony Brook just for fun.

Ohio State rebounds against Tulsa with an offense that is still first rate,
However, for the Buckeyes it might be too little too late.
Number eight Cincinnati is up at Bloomington to face the Indiana Hoosiers,
The Bobcats are on a roll and will not come up losers.

In the Big Ten the University of Maryland is starting to make some noise,
I think the Terrapins get a little louder over at the University of Illinois.
Boston College goes to 3 and 0 with a victory over Temple,
Louisville runs by UCF, it’s just that simple.

Coastal Carolina ranked number 15 shuffles off to Buffalo,
The Chanticleers easily move their record to three and 0.
Michigan State will fall to Miami down in the Hard Rock,
Number three Oklahoma’s victory over Nebraska will be a mortal lock.

At Colorado, Texas A&M’s offense was just so-so,
This week the Aggies will turn it up a notch against New Mexico.
Michigan continues to improve against Northern Illinois,
Kentucky derails Chattanooga in Lexington, oh boy.

Virginia Tech will slide by West Virginia in Morgantown,
Tennessee dominates Tennessee Tech without making a sound.
Pittsburg overwhelms Western Michigan over at Heinz Field,
Minnesota walloping Colorado won’t be that big of a deal.

Notre Dame had to pull it out of the fire for the 2nd week in a row,
Can they do it against Purdue, I don’t think so.
Kansas State steamrolls Nevada out in Manhattan,
Baylor’s win over Kansas will be as smooth as satin.

Alabama will flood the Swamp down at Florida, but I hope I’m wrong,
The Crimson Tide is just too tough and very very strong.
Florida State will try to pick up a win up at Winston-Salem,
Not this week Noles as the Demon Deacons will nail’em.
Eastern Michigan has an easy win over the Massachusetts Minutemen,
Iowa rolls all over Kent State long before the end.
Oregon State will drub the Vandals of Idaho,
USC conquers Washington State with a new coach as far as I know.

Georgia Tech makes a short journey over to Clemson’s Death Valley,
The Tigers exterminate the Jackets, there won’t be a need for a 2nd half rally.
Colorado State will get blasted up at Toledo,
Middle Tennessee gets grounded at Texas San Antonio.

East Carolina gets trampled by Marshall’s Thundering Herd,
Texas State won’t forgive the Cardinals from Incarnate Word.
Mississippi State has a smooth win up at Memphis,
Northwestern dominating Duke is the general consensus.

Liberty cruises to a big win over Old Dominion,
Charlotte scrambles past Georgia State but that is just my opinion.
The Houston Cougars will pounce all over Grambling,
Take South Florida over FAMU if you decide to do a little gambling.

Texas Tech hosts the Panthers from Florida International U.,
Check out those Red Raiders and watch what they will do.
What a turn around as Jacksonville State had a mighty comeback,
When they polish off North Alabama we will give them a pat on the back.

Georgia found a quarterback that threw for 5 touchdowns,
This week against South Carolina the Dawgs win it on the ground.
Look for Southern Miss to fall to the Trojans from Troy,
LSU smears the Chippewas trying to find a little joy.

Auburn playing at Penn State slipped in under the radar,
It will be close but I feel Penn State is better by far.
Virginia at North Carolina will show up Sam Howell’s indecision,
The Cavaliers will win and move atop the Coastal Division.

Utah State faces Air Force down at Colorado Springs,
Air Force strikes long before the fat lady sings.
Texas cooks Rice in a big pot of Brunswick Stew,
Tulane might just show Ole Miss a thing or two.

Oklahoma State goes north to rope the Boise State Broncos,
Arizona wins over Northern Arizona but that is as far as it goes.
Arizona State has a big win up at BYU,
Iowa State takes down Utah, the Cyclones still know what to do.

UAB overpowers North Texas out on the plain,
And if Arkansas doesn’t dominate Georgia Southern, it will be insane.
Fresno State comes up short against the Bruins of UCLA,
And San Jose trims Hawaii in the final game of the day.
