Submitted by Apalachee Regional Planning Council Apalachee Regional Planning Council (ARPC) based in Tallahassee, Fla., has received the 2023 Aliceann Wohlbruck Impact Award from the National Association of Development Organizations (NADO) for the following projects: * Apalachee Regional Broadband Planning Project * Wakulla County Broadband Feasibility Study, and * Liberty County Broadband Feasibility Study.
