Polar Express Night with Chief Mosley

Heather Ainsley ECB Publishing, Inc. On Tuesday, Dec. 19, the Jefferson County R.J. Bailar Public Library will be hosting none other than the Monticello Police Chief, Fred Mosley, for an evening full of seasonal cheer and delight. At approximately 5:30 p.m., adults and children alike are welcome to come out and witness a reading of The Polar Express by Chief Mosley.
