Ponderings…A little lackluster
Much of the holiday season makes people feel cozy and joyful, and there is undoubtedly an air of excitement hanging about. For those who anticipate seeing family members, having guests over, organizing gifts for friends and loved ones, or cooking festive meals and decorating the house, there is much to look forward to during the months of October, November and December.
But when all is said and done, when the relatives go home, the New Year comes, and it is time for all the decorations to come down, it can leave people feeling a little lackluster. After all, the performance has ended, and much like a well-orchestrated theater production, the “afterwards” can sometimes be low-enthusiasm
