
Posture impacts overall health, for better or worse

Remember when our grandmothers told us to sit up straight? Is posture more then not slouching and looking good?
As the years go by, I am more and more aware of the challenges my body faces and the physical challenges of those around me. One of the most noticeable physical challenges in our culture today is poor posture. While slouching in our comfy chairs to watch TV, focusing downward while glued to our smart phones and tablets checking social media accounts or streaming information, maintaining good posture is probably the last thing on our minds.
