Proud of you Governor Ron

Thanks to Gov Ron I woke up this morning and did not have to worry about a 14 year old crashing their golf cart into me. It seems Gov. Ron supports and understands the importance of public safety and the danger associated with teenagers driving golf carts. Way to go Gov Ron. Get this if teens want to to drive a golf cart they have to take a class get tested and obtain a valid state issued license. I though how will our already stretched local police manage this new law.
