Recognizing a job well done

I would like to recognize an outstanding employee, Virgil Joyner. When Virgil was hired he began working at the Nash Road site. Within a week it was cleaner than it has been since the opening of that site. This week I took some trash to the Loyd site and there was Virgil. He told me he had just been sent there that morning. The place was a mess. Garbage everywhere on the ground. In three days I visited again. Nothing outside of the bins. Neat as could be. I hope the County appreciates having th
