Red Cross Shelter training available August 19

The public is invited to sign up for training about how to volunteer at an emergency shelter during a disaster.  “This is your chance to learn how Red Cross shelters operate and how you can help your community during emergencies,” says Emergency Management Directory Kristy Anderson. “Whether you want to volunteer or just be better prepared, everyone is welcome!
