Riverside Cafe owner to speak at Chamber luncheon

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. The next luncheon meeting of the Monticello-Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce takes place at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 6. The guest speaker will be Stan West, owner of Riverside Cafe and other businesses in St. Marks. He is scheduled to talk about ways to improve small business commerce in rural communities.
