Rotary Club members receive recognition and honors

Debbie Snapp ECB Publishing, Inc. Monticello Rotary Club has achieved the title of a 100% Paul Harris Fellow Club. This means that every dues-paying member is a Paul Harris Fellow, having gifted $1,000 or more to the Annual Rotary Fund or to Polio Plus. Rotary established the recognition in 1957 to encourage and show appreciation for substantial contributions to what was then the Foundation’s only program, Rotary Foundation Fellowships for Advanced Study, the precursor to Ambassadorial Sc
