Senior center holds joyful re-opening

Judging by the broad smiles, thoughtful nods, festive balloons and bountiful buffet at the Jefferson Senior Citizens Center (JSCC) on Monday afternoon, Sept. 23, it was a joyous day indeed for the Grand Re-Opening of the facility on North Jefferson Street.
