Sharpe appeals 45-year sentence

Sharpe of Monticello, Fla., born April 25, 1972, was found guilty at a jury trial on Oct. 31, 2023, of all three charges against him: Burglary of Dwelling with Person Assaulted or Battered, a first-degree felony; Tampering with a Witness, a first-degree felony; and Attempted Burglary of Occupied Dwelling, a third-degree felony. At the conclusion of the trial, a sentencing hearing was set for Nov. 27, 2023.
