It was recently announced that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has reappointed six members to continue serving on the Board of Trustees for North Florida College (NFC). Those reappointed include: Jon “Travis” Coker, Sandra Haas, Ricky Lyons, Adrienne Taylor, William “Billy” Washington and Lloyd “Gary” Wright. These appointments are still subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
NFC is a member of the Florida College System and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. The school serves the educational needs of its six-county district, which includes: Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Madison, Suwannee and Taylor Counties.
