Solero returns with new Nash Road truck stop proposal, and other development news from the planning office

Lazaro Aleman ECB Publishing, Inc. The Solero Land Company LLC (SLC) apparently is not done with its effort to establish a truck stop at Nash Road, despite the project’s earlier denial by county officials and the court’s more recent affirmation of the county’s denial. The SLC has submitted a new proposal for a downsized project, per a recent report to the Jefferson County Commission from Planning Official David Wheeler.
