A Spring Tea benefitting the Jefferson Pregnancy Center, a nonprofit organization, is planned for May 2.
The Jefferson Pregnancy Center is a local resource for parents-to-be in need. The nonprofit offers support, resources, pregnancy testing, diapers, clothes, bottles, toys and more for free. The Spring Tea will be a free-entry fundraising event for the center. Guests can come for community support, food, tickets for raffle baskets at $5 apiece and door prizes. While of course not required, guests are invited to come dressed up with hats, pearls and heels if they please.
The event is planned for Saturday, May 2 at 11 a.m. at the Wacissa Christian Church, 14492 Waukeenah Hwy. The center requests attendees RSVP by calling Teresea Tinker at 850-933-8309 by April 24. For more information, call Damien Lovatto at 850-591-0932.
