State seeks to disqualify Collins Law Firm from representing Reams

In the criminal case of suspended Clerk of Court Kirk Reams and his co-defendants, Warren Charles Culp and Justin Tyler McNeill, the state is seeking to bar the Collins Law Firm from participating in the court proceedings.
On Nov. 13, State Attorney Jack Campbell filed a motion asking the court to disqualify Attorney David Collins and his son, Charles, from providing legal representation to any of the defendants in the case. Reams, Culp and McNeill are each charged with grand theft and organized scheme to defraud.
