Stewart Dalzell, IV, owner of the local Stewart's Heating & Cooling, Inc., was the winner of an AR-10 rifle, custom-built by Mike Robinson, owner of the local Robinson Gunworks.
Robinson said it took about a week for him to build the rifle.
Dalzell purchased the winning ticket from a member of the American Legion Otto M. Walker Post 49, during their most recent fundraiser. His ticket was pulled after the Post 49 Memorial Day Breakfast and Program on May 27, from the 600 tickets sold.
The rifle is valued at $1,600. His ticket cost was a $5 donation.
Robinson Gunworks is located at 535 S. Jefferson St., with business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The funds collected will be used by the American Legion Post for local services, programs and expenses.
