Summer program kickoff party at the library today

Hailey Heseltine  ECB Publishing, Inc.  The Jefferson County R.J. Bailar Library (375 S. Water St.) is kicking off its summer reading program with a party today, May 30, at 1 p.m. This year's program features the theme “Color Our World,” highlighting art and its intersection with literature.
