Sunrise services on Easter

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. At 7 a.m. on Easter Sunday, March 31, there are at least two opportunities to attend a sunrise service in Monticello. The First Methodist Church is hosting a Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. at the home of Dean Jerger, 364 Nursery Rd., with Rev. Jonathan Brewster giving the message and a simple breakfast afterwards. The historic Jefferson County Ebenezer Baptist Church, located at 446 Hatchett Rd. in Lamont, will present a Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. on the church lawn, with a message by Rev.
