Surrender by Fear

Scripture tells us, DO NOT FEAR, have faith. How many churches (perhaps one you attend) have conceded much of what they did prior to Covid-19, for most, if not all, of the past 12+ months? Three years ago, several of us from my church tried to get our church leadership to be proactive in preparation for a possible active shooter situation.
