What a week! Seamless, friendly, deadly, coordinated and protective. All this describes our law enforcement and municipal agencies we are blessed to have in Jefferson County. I'm sure that local agencies were thinking about traffic control, heat exhaustion, personnel, placement and the like in the days leading up to the festival.
