Another one of Monticello's beautiful historic homes is vying for recognition, and this time, it's the Avera-Clarke House, the yellow two-story house from 1890 that's served the city as a bed and breakfast for decades now. The house is currently owned by the Barbera family, who began operating the bed and breakfast in September 2022.
