Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. This summer, The Luckie Pearl boutique marked four years in business with a relocation and significant expansion. Owner Vicki McLuckie first opened her shop's doors in Monticello in June of 2020, amid the coronavirus pandemic. Her original space occupied a mere 150 square feet of the mint-colored, revamped gas station at the corner of Jefferson and Pearl streets.
