
Tigers come in swinging this baseball season

This year's baseball season opened for the Jefferson Tigers on Feb. 11 with their first game, where they faced the Gadsden County Jaguars for a home game. The Tigers were full of energy, and won an impressive 21-1, making it a spirited kick off for the season. The team played well overall, with several players making great hits, and showing a more aggressive stance out on the bases. Player Ulises Reynoza was named player of the game for his hard work, determination and performance on the field.
