Hello Mr. Aleman, I am responding to your reporting as to what happened at the May 7th, 2024, City Council meeting. My name is Gwenith L. Holton.Parrish. I am the “she” that you mentioned in your article. I wanted to let you know that I do not do anything arbitararily. When I made my report to the Council, I stated that our (MLK) application had not been responded to…when I brought the application to City Hall on April 1st, 2024, no one was present. I was told by the lady that works w/water billing said that the clerk had left to go home for the rest of the day… it was just before noon when I arrived.
