Heather Ainsley  ECB Publishing, Inc.  Work on an expansive mural painting has officially begun, leaving some Monticello residents seemingly confused and upset. The walls of the Vintage Treasures antique shop that once were dark maroon in color are now a stark white, accompanied by rudimentary images of what appears to be animals and plants, which some residents have expressed finding disappointing and unsightly.  The good news is that these developments are part of a complex project that isn't finished!
