Tractor Supply donates to local rescue

Heather Ainsley  ECB Publishing, Inc.  On Friday, May 9, the manager of Tractor Supply in Monticello met with representatives of Rainbow's Edge to present a donation to the horse rescue on behalf of the company. Cindy Duncan presented a gift card representing $750 to Roxanne Spear and Kathy Moody of Rainbows Edge – money that is desperately needed to aid in the care and vetting of the horses that are currently in the rescue's program.  “We have been able to take in 13 total cases since just the start of this year alone,” says Roxanne. “These have come to us through three big cases brought to us by the local Sheriff's Office.” The cost of a single horse can be exponen
