Trial set in long dispute between county and wedding/entertainment venue

The court has set aside two days in May for a non-jury trial on the county’s 10-month-old motion seeking the imposition of a temporary injunction against the Homestead Barn, a wedding and entertainment venue operating in the Lloyd area. In an order issued on March 26, Circuit Judge Dawn Caloca-Johnson set Wednesday, May 15, and Friday, May 17, for the non-jury trial.
