TRIM Notices mailed to property owners August 22nd

Angela Gray Contributor Jefferson County Property Appraiser Angela Gray mailed property owners their annual Truth In Millage "TRIM" Notices on Thursday, Aug. 22. This TRIM Notice includes property values assessed by the office as of January 1; tax rates proposed by the taxing authorities; non-ad valorem special assessment rates proposed by taxing authorities; and property tax benefits and exemptions, if any, applied to the property. Property owners should also note the City, County, School
