Two arrested in marijuana grow bust

Heather Ainsley ECB Publishing, Inc. On Aug. 29, two Monticello residents were arrested in connection to an illegal marijuana grow located in Jefferson County. Members of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO), Homeland Security and the North Star Task Force conducted the operation that led to the arrest. According to a press release offered by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Sgt.
