Two locals win scholarships

Rick Patrick ECB Publishing, Inc. Each year, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation awards scholarships to area high school seniors who have overcome significant barriers and have achieved success, both in the classroom and in extracurricular activities. Athletic participation is not a prerequisite for the award. Over the years, the Foundation has provided over 300 scholarships, with benefits exceeding four million dollars through 2022.
