U.S. 90 trail still coming into part of Jefferson County

For the third time in as many months, the proposed multi-use Trail from Leon County to Monticello was a topic of official discussion, most recently before the Monticello City Council. At the request of city officials, Greg Slay, executive director of the Capital Region Transportation Planning Agency (CRTPA), made a brief presentation about the trail to the council on Tuesday evening March 5. The CRTPA is the metropolitan planning organization responsible
