Upcoming musical brings the book of Acts to the stage

Contributor Homeschooled students have been working hard this summer to put on their 5th annual summer play. With three showings from July 24-26, the local youth will be performing Acts: A City Rising at the Monticello Opera House (MOH). The show is described as a musical based on the biblical book of Acts, featuring Luke, Peter, Barnabas and Paul, “as they face the struggles of spreading the good news of Jesus throughout the land.
