Veteran tribute banners are up around the courthouse

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. Rotary International of Monticello is continuing its Military Tribute Banner Program for the third year, and a new set of them are on display around the Jefferson County Courthouse. Each banner features the photo, name and branch of service for a different veteran who has a connection to a local family. Rotary member Anna Likos became inspired to have the local Rotary chapter undertake this project after seeing how some other small towns in America had given
