VFW Post 251 names their Teacher of the Year

Rick Patrick ECB Publishing, Inc. Bobbi Pinkard, a kindergarten teacher at Pinetta Elementary School (PES) was recently honored by Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 251, which represents Madison, Jefferson and Leon counties, as their Teacher of the Year.
