Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. Carlton Deese of Lake City, Fla., born May 27, 1974, was charged with 10 counts of Burglary of Conveyance or Structure and two counts of Grand Theft in two Jefferson County felony cases filed Nov. 4, 2016, and Jan. 6, 2017. According to the arrest narratives filed by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Deese committed two burglaries within a month at the same Jefferson County address, stealing mostly used car parts and tools.
