Vote YES on Amendment 4
“Limit Government Interference with Abortion,” Amendment 4’s official title completely describes the current problem with the six-week abortion ban.
Gestational biology works this way: Full-term pregnancy is 39 to 40 weeks. Germination is the first four weeks when conception takes place, and a group of cells descends to the uterus and implants in the uterine lining. These cells split to become the embryo and placenta. At the end of week four, the cells are about 2mm long, roughly the size of a small seed. Over the next four weeks, cells continue to grow, and, by the end of week eight, the embryo is referred to as the fetus. It’s between ½ to 1 inch long, roughly the size of a bean.
