Wacissa Christian Church invites the public to four nights of “Testimonies of Triumph” starting Wednesday, June 28, and lasting through July 2. The title of the event comes from Revelation 12:11 (NIV), which says, “They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.”
Wednesday night, June 28, at 6:30 p.m. will be a testimony of faith by Rodney Bryant. He is the owner of Double B Missions Café in Blountsville, Ala., and the associate pastor of Redeemed Ministries in Cleveland, Ala.
On Thursday night, June 29, at 6:30 p.m., George Carneal will share how God helped him triumph over a 25-year-long battle with homosexuality. He is the author of “From Queer to Christ,” and his entire life is now dedicated to exposing the agenda behind the LBGTQ movement.
On Friday night, June 30, at 6:30 p.m., Chris Gortney will share a testimony of triumph over a 20 plus year battle with addiction. He was saved in his ninth rehab and is the founder and senior pastor of Redeemed Ministries in Cleveland, Ala.
On Saturday night, July 1, at 6:30 p.m., Luke Floyd will share a testimony of endurance. Through a time period as a young believer where everything seemed to be going great, his entire world crashed around him. He was saved and baptized in jail in Blount County, Ala., and has been a soldier for Christ ever since.
The regular Sunday morning service at 10 a.m. on July 2 will round out the revival message, and anyone and everyone is invited to come out for these “Testimonies of Triumph.”
