The Warriors of Aucilla Christian Academy (ACA) overcame an early deficit to defeat the Bobcats of Robert F. Munroe High School with a 25-14 score on Friday, Sept. 28. With the win, the Warriors improved their record to 5-1 overall.
Blake Wirick had his usual big game on the ground with 191 yards on 29 carries and two touchdowns. Wirick was named the Offensive Player of the game for the Warriors. Brady Browning went three-for-seven through the air for 86 yards and one touchdown pass. Browning also had 64 yards on the ground on 11 carries. Browning earned the Warrior of the Week honors. Defensively, Evan Courtney had 15 total tackles, including one tackle-for-loss, earning the Defensive Player of the game title.
The Warriors will now face the Knights of Rocky Bayou Christian School on Friday, Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. The game will take place at Rocky Bayou Christian School, located at 2101 Partin Dr. North, in 
Niceville.
