Warriors fall to Cowboys

Rick Patrick ECB Publishing, Inc In a game that began as a scoreless pitcher’s duel through five and a half innings, the Aucilla Christian Academy were defeated by the Madison County High School Cowboys, 4-0, on Friday, March 1, at Cowboy Field. The Warriors were able to hold the Cowboys scoreless until the bottom of the sixth inning, when the Warriors gave up four runs. Dalton Demott went two-for-two to lead the Warriors at the plate. Caleb Walsh picked up the only other hit for the Warriors Tucker Wiles was effective during his five innings on the bump for the Warriors, giving up three hits, five walks and no earned runs.
