When the snow sticks

I've witnessed a few snowfalls in Florida over the years. Usually the snow melts very quickly, if it actually hits the ground as a flake. This year, though, what a treat to waken to an actual “blanket” of snow and be able to enjoy it for several days!
As Winter Storm Enzo was approaching, I had fretted about what to do with the garden. How hardy were my winter crops? Happily, with a little research I found that all of them – mustard, dill, kale, spinach, romaine, radish, arugula, bok choy, bunching onions, collards, cauliflower and (of course) snow peas – could handle temperatures well down into the mid 20s.
